Wow. Thank you for this. Reveling in your language is as satisfying as smelling the scents themselves. When you do it this well, there's almost no need to try them! Which is great since apparently we cannot. Bon Weekend!

Yes, quite! What scent could come up to that language?

Luca have you tried hay schnaps? When I first tried it I was very pleasantly surprised!

Luca,

thank you for the intro.

I have been thinking that "bottling" can be a perfumery art in itself.

My idea is inspired by Dominique Roques' search for unique ingredients all over the world. When he finds something amazing - isn't it a shame that it ends up in a "per mille" dose in the usual composition of a commercial perfume?

Or Heraud or Andy Tauer: it contains a unique cocoa extract from Ivory Coast. He "found" it and selected it himself. Cocoa itself is a very "silent" ingredient for me, it is difficult to distinguish "better" from "worse" - that is a crazy task for me! But I am trying...

Incorporating such a high-quality material into a richer composition of common ingredients makes it impossible for me and I feel a little sorry for it. (I am in no way diminishing the value of Andy's work!)

Just like in gastronomy, a great "Bresse chicken" only needs salt and butter, or "grandma's strawberries" are best enjoyed from hand or with a little cream - inside the cake, milk, sugar and eggs steal their unique taste.

What do you think, are we missing a separate perfumery discipline "soliflor from a wonderful natural ingredient"?

I am interested in your opinion and the opinion of experienced people here on your channel (thanks for creating and holding this precious space, Luca!) - please write your opinion.

Have a nice Sunday!

This review is such a pleasure to read. As an all-natural perfumer, I think about the complexity of materials and how to convey the concept. Your description is perfect.

Wow, Arc sounds like a perfect green perfume! Reminds me of a nice description I read on Fragrantica.

I loved that description so much, I have to share it here.

That description made me buy that one (Parfum de Zmeu by Créateur 5 d'émotions)

Oh well, I am so weak for nice descriptions! Now I have to have Arc 😀😀😀

Here it is:
