Chanel brings out a new Exclusif every few years, and one assumes each is carefully weighed and considered, as used to be the case for major houses in the old days. The last one was Le Lion four years ago, an impressive hybrid of Shalimar and Knize Ten1. A new Exclusif should be a big deal, and I was looking forward to this one.
