Holy mother of fake Le Labo, from the name (I mean, seriously? The same thing but in English?) to the labels (bone dry Aesop minimalism complete with the “bottled for XYZ” shtick). I don’t think this enterprise could be a more blatant knockoff if it tried.
I'm sitting in Singapore feeling like my country has just taken a beating 😃. It's particularly galling given you've been so complementary in the past of Auphorie from neighbouring Malaysia.
Looks like there are two fragrance houses called The Lab - the one you mention here based in Singapore, and another in Colombia. I hope for the Colombian house's sake theirs doesn't suffer at the expense of the other, though who knows if they're any better? Thanks for the warning, Luca!
From their web: “The LAB Fragrances can dare to offer unique, uncommon scents without a burning concern to appeal to mainstream.“ tee hee. Could this (and other vapid presenters) be a large fragrance house masquerading as niche?
Sadly, I’m sure quite a few will fall for their schtick; if it is pretty and not too costly, they might come. Hopefully in small enough numbers to convince Lab rats to try elsewhere
Please don’t ’end rant’! We’re relying on you telling us what to swerve as well as what to embrace.

Thank you. I now mention that in the post.

“Our objective is to offer fine fragrances of the finest quality“ says their website

😂
What a shame! should Exsence select more carefully?
Not sure how they select.
